Our websites offer visitors the chance to work with me directly or follow our trainings to help in their own business.

These tales are usually relevant to businesses and business owners who want to improve their business/personal  performance. In general business performance is measured by numbers, usually a certain amount of leads and how the leads convert financially.

Unfortunately, irresponsible use of these numbers can lead to unrealistic expectations from some of our visitors. This can result in a lot of trouble for us.  So in the spirit of this, please read the following information we thought may not be immediately apparent to every visitor of our website.

This page will clarify what we can and cannot be held responsible for.

Are Our Numbers, Stats, and Dollar Claims Real?

Absolutely. Anything we share with you in training and promotional content is real. You will not get far in life/business without integrity.

We have however, found that some of what we have shared has created false expectation in SOME visitors. Please read the following.

1) Some stuff we do is a complete flop. Our visitors are normally not interested in what doesnt work. We will share tests that didnt work if we believe it carries an important message to help our visitors.

Just because we tell you about results, which can usually always be proven, it DOES NOT mean that you will experience the same results. If you do adopt a strategy we have discussed then you should test small and be sure it is working in your business. If we have a good result with any experiment and you implement it in your business, we CANNOT be responsible for any money you lose.

Please exercise caution if you take a recommendation from us that you can foresee may negatively affect your business.

Ultimately, you know your business far better than we do and our strategies and tips are general and generic ones.

2) We are not lawyers, accountants, or licensed business consultants. Any advice and recommendation that we may choose to share is based on what i have done in my own business. I was kicked out of school at age 15 and had a few dead end jobs and some failed business attempts so you should probably not trust my advice.

That being said, real world experience usually counts for more than some piece of paper that says someone is qualified and i have built a very successful online business in the past few years.  Many business owners seek my advice on different aspects of marketing.

Please take any advice and training i provide, with a pinch of salt. As i said, im not a ‘qualified professional’, DO NOT take my advice over that of proper legal and business council.

3) When we do recommend products or services, it doesnt mean that you MUST have it in your business in order to be successful.  The choice to buy or not to buy is completely yours.  Even products that are promoted as ‘something you need’ or ‘must buys’ are not necessary for the operation of your business.  Products promoted as ‘once in a life time’ offer are usually not. These offers will often be repeated time and time again.  If you are tight on money, please refrain from buying again product, regardless of how good it sounds. Feed your family first.

4) We will often recommend products or services of others. We will only do this if we believe they contain value and will benefit out visitors. Normally because we have been happy customers of that mentioned product. We aim to check the quality of any product or sevice we recommend but we are not responsible for the product or service.
However, this does not mean we are responsible should you be unhappy with the product or service they offer.

When we do this, you will be referred to another website and our terms and conditions do not apply. You should read the terms and conditions on the website you have been referred to.

We will do our best to recommend products and services which have a simple cancellation & refund process but if there is something you are not happy about you should take it up with whoever you bought the product or service from.

Some, but not all of the products or services we recommend, we will be compensated for doing so.  Usually anything up to 50% of that sale. Some stuff i recommend without being compensated for at all.  While the products or services we promote, we are usually happy customers of, we sometimes are not customers of that specific product but believe it may be of use to our visitors. For example, products that may be of great value for a beginner wouldnt be of much use to someone who has much more experience.

So please, always do your due diligence and make up your own mind on all recommendations.

5) We do not want our training materials being used for any illegal or criminal activities and we cannot be held responsible for this. We also DO NOT give permission for any of our training materials to be used to promote gambling or pornography.

6) We dont guarantee you any results what so ever in your business. It is impossible for us to say you will succeed as there is far to many outside factors which determine success.

Some products and services are not suited to the internet.

Some products and services are illegal and do not do well ANYWHERE and you may not use my recommendations to promote them or to break the law. I will not be responsible for any misuse of the informaiton.

Some people are not good at video.

Some people are not suited to be photographed.

Some people are not good with audio.

Some people are not good at  writing.

Some people want their hands held and can not work from their own iniative.

Some people  want to copy everyone else’s path to success.

Some people are simply not willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it really takes.

Some people just want to “get rich quick”.

All of the above are some of the reasons why i can not say what results you will experience.  Any advice we give is to be used with good business to IMPROVE your results.

Beginners may find some of the information handy, but it is by no means presented as a comprehensive training on all matters related to advertising on the internet.

Testimonials

We may share testimonials with you. These are real results from happy customers of ours. These testimonials can create unrealistic expectations so please do not buy anything solely on the basis of a testimonial because…

1) These testimonials are not representitive of NORMAL results. Testimonials are used to show what can be achieved using a specific product or service. It is very exciting for us to receive these testimonials and also for people to read but some people see them as a guarantee of the results they will get if they use a specific product or service which is why we have to add this section.

Testimonials, usually represent the maximum possible potential.

The reality is, that only 4% will actually implement the strategies effectively and this is where we get testimonials from. 80% of people buy products and services from this website and its associates, and then do not read or use them. Which leaves 20% who actually try to make use of their purchase. 16% will not use the information correctly

2) Sometimes we ask our customers for feedback on our products or services and if suitable we use as a testimonial.
I do receive testimonials but please assume that all testimonials have been asked for

3) Any testimonials, good or bad you see about our services are not necessarily true. We cannot be responsible for testimonials and reviews created by others about our website or our products if they are not a part of our website. Any information you find OUTSIDE this website has not been approved by us.

We do not recommend that you order any product or service through us based on information from an outside source. We can only control the content of this website.

Affiliate Products (Recommendations)

From time to time we may offer products and services from other organisations, In most cases, we are compensated a percentage on every sale of any product or service we recommend authored by someone outside this website. This is called an “affiliate commission”. Usually somewhere around 50% of the sale.  We will only promote products or services that we have either used in our business and are happy with or products or services we have done research on and feel they would benefit our visitors. Although we are compensated for promoting such products or services, we would easily promote them for free, however we have bills to pay too (-:

We will NEVER promote products purely for a commission!!!

Please consider any promotion I make to an associate’s product or service as just a recommendation to “look” not buy. And if the product or service suits you and you like it, and you’re happy with the refund policy, by all means go ahead.
